A leading charity based in North London is seeking an interim CEO to join for a period of 12 months. The successful candidate will be an inspirational leader with proven experience in operational delivery, organisational compliance and management, governanceand leadership of staff.What does the role entail As the public face of the charity, you will work closely with the board to develop and implement the business plan, ensuring the overall financial stability of the charity. You will lead the management, finance, fundraising, and governance teams. You willwork with the Head of Programming to maintain a high-calibre arts programme and achieve a balance of commercial, creative, and community programming. You will oversee the recruitment, management, and professional development of all staff to ensure operationaleffectiveness during your tenure as Interim CEO. Furthermore, You will collaborate with community groups to develop programming that meets their needs and provides a platform for local artists to showcase their work. Also, you will work with the finance teamto ensure that the arts programme is financially sustainable and generates revenue for the charity.What skills will you haveTo be considered for the role, you will be a well-rounded individual who can contribute across the diverse range of activities involved in the charity. You will ideally have an understanding of bringing the great heritage of the site and can bring freshvision and ideas. You are someone who can balance strategic thinking with involvement and attention to detail - a doer, notsimply a delegator.What is on offerThis Interim CEO position offers a salary of £65,000 - £75,000 depending on experience and additional benefits.
