Job Description

CDM Principal Designer £40,000 - £60,000 + CPD + Car Allowance + BenefitsLondon (Hybrid)A fantastic new opportunity has arisen within an award-winning multi-disciplinary construction consultancy, who provide high quality Project Management, Building Surveying, Architecture and CDM Services to a large portfolio of clients in the public and privatesectors.Due to continued growth, our client is looking to recruit a talented CDM Principal Designer to become part of their Health & Safety team in London.As a CDM Principal Designer, you will plan, monitor and co-ordinate health and safety risks in the design phase of some amazing projects in the Residential, Commercial, Healthcare and Education sectors. You will act as Principal Designer and advise clientson all H&S and CDM regulations, carry out site inspections & audits and ensure that all Health & Safety documentation is fully compliant with current legislation.What are we looking for

  • NEBOSH Construction certificate (or equivalent)
  • Ideally 5 + years experience working in a CDM advisor role or construction safety role
  • Excellent working knowledge of CDM2015 and H&S legislation
  • IIRSM / Tech/Grad/Chartered member of IOSH
  • APS (Association for Project Safety) membership is highly desirable
  • Full driving license
  • Excellent client facing skills with the ability to understand clients needs
