Job Description

A prestigious multi-disciplinary consultancy is actively seeking a dynamic and motivated CDM Consultant to become an integral part of the Winchester team.The CDM Consultant roleThe successful CDM Consultant will play a crucial role within this consultancy, primarily focusing on undertaking the responsibilities of a Principal Designer and CDM Advisor.This role presents a unique opportunity to work within a small, yet expanding team, offering exposure to a wide array of projects across various sectors including hotel, office, retail, health, and education.The CDM Consultant

  • A robust understanding of CDM 2015 regulations and a proven track record of applying these within the construction industry.
  • Experience working across multiple sectors such as hotel, office, retail, health, and education, demonstrating versatility and adaptability.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with and advising project teams.
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent health and safety qualification.
