Our S&CDD practice works withinvestors and companies to consider the commercial and strategic rationale for potential M&A transactions. We look at the market, the technology, the competition and the regulatory environment among other areas.Leveraging our expertise and networks, we talk to market experts and customers to understand the outlook for a business that is being considered for sale or acquisition and we quantify the outlook to give our clients more certainty on the long-term potentialof the investment (or disposal) they are considering.
