Casual Maintenance PersonSalary range: £9.99 - £10.52 per hour, plus holiday pay Work location: Various locations across HampshireHours per week: Various Shifts Available Contract type: CasualApplications will be reviewed as and when received so we encourageyou to apply at your earliest convenience.The Role: We have opportunities for Casual Maintenance Workers to join one of our friendly and supportive teams. Working alongside our service users and operational teams at our homes, you will support the RegisteredManager by maintaining the buildings, grounds, furniture and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness, operational effectiveness and compliance with all statutory requirements as applicable to the setting, so that the service can run smoothly in aclean, safe and pleasant environment. You will also be responsible for maintaining furniture, fixtures and fittings with a responsibility for reporting any faults via our Term Maintenance Contractors and maintaining appropriate records. You will need to beskilled in routine maintenance activities. You will also have some responsibilities in relation to the required health & safety checks of the site as determined by the management team of the service. You will lead on the provision of essential maintenancewithin our service and maintain high standards in all areas.
