Would you like to be part of team responsible for making a real difference to lives of vulnerable adultsWe have a range of opportunities that involve working with older adults and younger adults, people with learning disabilities or people with mentalhealth challenges. Working as a Caseworker you will be part of a supportive and friendly team working with other social/health care professionals to assess people in the community and provide them with support and guidance to enable them to maximise theirwellbeing. The service focuses on taking a strengths-based approach which looks to maximise what a person can do while also finding innovative alternative community resources to meet their needs. We are looking for people with excellent communication skillswho can build and maintain positive relationships with their colleagues, the people who use our services and the people in their communities who can provide additional support.
