Pay: KR4/KR5 dependent uponexperience Start Date: Immediate This position is all year roundbased on 37 hours per week , 52 weeks a year on a split shift basis. KR4 £18,129- £19,239 KR5 £19,335-£20,483 6-10.30am - 3-6pm Monday-Thursday6-10.00am - 3-6pm FridayPurpose of the Job The post involves providing arange of duties covering security, heating, lighting, cleaning, porterage,minor repairs and maintenance. This role also includes being theemergency contact and overtime for lettings.Organising our team ofcleaners.Health & Safety - Thisincludes liaising with our H&S provider and Trust Business Manager; as wellas completing relevant checks.General maintenance and liaisonwith external contractors. The role also includes some projectmanagement.The following skills and knowledgewould be desirable: Training is provided if required.
