The RWA / Capital Technology Team is responsible for delivering RWA / All things Capital related solutions to Citis risk & finance organization which manages Citis exposure to financial institutions, governments and corporates that trade with Citi. The teamengineers, builds and maintains software used to compute metrics that help mitigate Citis exposure to counterparty default & help meet regulations like BASEL, CCAR. Who you are:

What will you do

• Manage team(s) of business analysts & engineers supporting multiple systems or over a business analysis functional area (depending on size of business) with responsibilities including work allocation, budget and planning, performance evaluation, compensation,staffing and other duties as assigned.
• Liaise with senior stakeholders across the Risk, Finance and Front Office business organizations, and external Market Regulators to assemble execute projects across Capital spectrum.
• Mentor and guide professional development of analysts & engineers on your team, and continuously improve software engineering practices
• Strong written and oral presentation skills and presence
• Collaborate with and across team to design, build and deliver high quality software meeting and exceeding client needs
• Understand, analyze, and explain Capital based exposures like EAD / RWA / Large Exposures / Leverage Ratio / Capital Ratios and related calculations for internal risk management and BASEL regulatory capital reporting based on the exposure profiles generatedby the systems.

Basic Requirements

• 12+ years related experience in Business Analysis and Project Management in Capital Markets domain.
• 4+ years of managing individual contributors across all levels
• 2+ years of managing managers (engineering or product)
• BS or MS in Computer Science or related technical field or related experience
• Graduate in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) or Finance disciplines.
• Good understanding of the mechanics and life cycle of credit / market risk domain & capital regulations.
• Ability to be metrics / data driven and have a bias for action and result delivery
