Job Description

This is a Senior Director role in the Chief Administrative Office in Client Onboarding & Reference Data Services (CORDS), based in London. This individual will form part of the Chief Administrative Office (CAO) team, and act as the primary lead in supportof the Global Head of Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) / Know Your Customer (KYC) which represents a significant portion of CORDS, as well as the EMEA regional coverage. This role will work closely with the CAO, the Global CLM/KYC/EMEA Regional Head MD, aswell as their management team based globally. Coverage will span a wide breadth across strategy, governance, people, and business management initiatives, both those led directly by the CAO team as well as in partnership with the wider organization and relevant working groups - the individual will be supportedand partnering with the extended CAO team (e.g., including our Finance Relationship Managers), while being able to work independently, in order to ensure the CAO function is managed and performing fully. What will you be doing - Leading and ensuring robust, high-quality BAU Governance and Reporting that are unique to Global Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), Global Know Your Customer (KYC), and EMEA CORDS - including monthly senior management reporting, UK SMR monthly reporting,metrics dashboard automation, presenting & reviewing key organizational data to senior management teams, assisting with preparation for weekly senior management meetings, and other ad hoc analysis. - Supporting the CORDS CAO in BAU strategic initiatives across Global CLM, Global KYC, and EMEA CORDS - including planning sessions, partnering with management teams to deliver on business goals, as well as either project managing or leading special initiativesand ad hoc projects (both global and regional). - Supporting the CORDS CAO, in delivering and executing on Global CLM, Global KYC or EMEA CORDS specific asks - across projects, ad hoc data / workflow analysis, senior management presentations, regulatory inputs from CAO Office perspective, and other ad hocasks. - Partnering with Finance to provide ongoing reporting and analysis on resourcing, headcount, and financials, on Global CLM, Global KYC, and EMEA CORDS. - Supporting the CAO in driving the Global CORDS people agenda - with a focus on driving and handholding EMEA based initiatives for our CORDS senior managers. - Building a network with, and partnering with stakeholders across CORDS teams, the wider COO community, HR, and Finance, to deliver on senior management and CAO Office requirements; with a focus on EMEA based individuals. - Acting as the in-person, backup face off to the Global Head of CLM / KYC / Head of EMEA CORDS (who is based in London). - Subject Matter Expertise: Communications, project management, data / proposal / concept presentation to a senior audience, and financial management and planning. What were looking for: - Highly motivated self-starter with multi-tasking abilities; ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with attention to detail and accuracy, strong sense of ownership and accountability for quality output. - Ability to navigate and interpret problems, even without clear guidance at times, while prioritising multiple deliverables to meet tight deadlines. - Ability to design and create presentations to illustrate complex problems, that can be adapted to different levels of seniority in terms of audience. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially for senior management reporting. - Strong interpersonal skills, freely develops networks, builds consensus, and develops partnerships across the organization. Skills that will help you in the role: - Experience working in a change, COO or Divisional Management team desirable. - A passion for people with a creative side to help improve the employee experience. - Entrepreneurial spirit and flexibility to deal with different stakeholders at all levels of seniority. - Risk awareness, and the ability to react quickly to issues and track them through to conclusion.
