Job Description

Campus RecruiterLondon - Queen Victoria Street6 Month Contract - potential to be extended!£34,740 - £37,000 per annum DOEMy client is an American multinational investment bank and financial services corporation headquartered in New York. They are the third largest banking institution in the United States and is considered a systemically important bank by the Financial StabilityBoard being one of the eight global investment banks in the Bulge Bracket. They have approximately 200 million customer accounts and do business in more than 160 countries.They are looking for a Campus Recruiter to join their recruitment team on a 6-month contract, then possibility of extending to a year and the potential of the role being made permanent. The role is hybrid working at their London offices 3 days a week withthe remainder of time working from home.Tasks:

  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process including, but not limited to sourcing, screening, interview process management, maintaining candidate relationships, creating, and extending offers, and closing candidates.
  • Design, implement and execute robust, innovative, campus specific recruiting strategies to attract and hires top campus talent and meet hiring goals (career fairs, information sessions, student organization meetings, etc.)
  • Build and maintain long-term relationship at target schools with key faculty, professors, administration, and student organizations.
  • Brand and promote on campus as an employer of choice.
  • Travel as needed, approximately 4 trips a year within the UK.
Skills:
  • Work experience in campus recruiting, corporate recruiting, or career services/admissions, or related HR function.
  • Experience working with systems such as Oracle and Workday
  • Results-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proven team player with excellent verbal, written communication/presentation, and interpersonal skills
