Tasked with developing, delivering, and measuring marketing campaigns, the role focuses on talent and knowledge building, influencing the profession,and ensuring the sustainability of the institute.Collaborating across the organisation, the manager works with product owners to enhance marketing effectiveness, employing data and feedback for campaign improvement. The position demands a keen understanding of the campaign process, marketing expertise,and the ability to drive sales through impactful messaging and customer experiences. The role contributes significantly to the institutes visibility and growth.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end development, delivery, and measurement of marketing campaigns.
  • Focus on talent and knowledge building, influencing the profession, and ensuring organisational sustainability.
  • Collaborate with product owners to enhance marketing effectiveness, including refining value propositions and messaging.
  • Drive sales through strategic campaign planning, execution, and optimisation.
  • Utilise data and feedback to improve the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Work towards achieving the institutes strategic objectives by aligning campaigns with organisational goals.
  • Play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the institutes visibility, promoting best practices, and fostering professional growth in the field of internal auditing.
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Proven expertise in leading end-to-end development, delivery, and measurement of successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work across the organisation with product owners, ensuring effective campaign alignment with strategic goals.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to use analytics and feedback for continuous campaign improvement.
  • Comprehensive understanding of marketing processes, including value proposition development and messaging.
