Campaigns & Engagement Coordinator12 Mth FTCWFH Policy (3 office based days, 2 WFH days)The DirectorateThe Digital team, part of the wider External Affairs directorate, is responsible for the College’s corporate digital estate, and Marketing & Member Communications. The team leads the College’s digital platforms and drives digitalisation across the organisation. The Digital team sits alongside Media and PR, Policy and Public Affairs and Patient and Public Involvement to deliver all external and internal communications functions.The TeamThe team has five staff members made up of a Digital Marketing and Engagement Manager, a Digital Content Lead, a Campaigns and Engagement Coordinator and two Digital Marketing Assistants.About the roleThe Campaigns and Engagement Coordinator works with teams across the College to increase revenue driving opportunities and engagement with existing audiences, and new ones. They are also responsible for coordinating marketing campaigns for revenue driving priorities to non-members, this includes utilising all channels to increase engagement with healthcare professionals at different career stages. Success is measured through the coordination and delivery of high-quality, effective campaigns which increases revenue, explores new opportunities for revenue and enhances engagement with existing member audiences. The post holder will also be expected to participate fully with the ongoing recovery programme and digital transformation, as well as the wider activities of External Affairs.Main dutiesRevenue generation- Coordinate marketing campaigns to non-member audiences increasing revenue driving opportunities and greater insight into market requirements- Support Digital Marketing Assistants to increase reach and impact of marketing content for events and exams. Explore and implement ways of increasing international and new audiences- Coordinate the delivery of our annual World Congress, working with teams across the organisation, to build on recent success and explore new revenue driving opportunities- Work with existing budgets to demonstrate a positive return on investment and demonstrate a flexible and creative approach to increasing our marketing reach- Contribute to the Colleges Recovery Programme and work with teams across the College to understand new revenue opportunitiesEngagement - Support and contribute to the College’s Communications and content plan. Work with the Digital Marketing Manager and wider External Affairs directorate to develop a single consolidated annual communications plan across all channels- Work with Membership team to explore ways of increasing engagement with Colleges Council, Officers, committees and international representatives including Supporting our Doctors- Work with colleagues in External Affairs and wider organisation to ensure the member experience is at the centre of all projects- Coordinate the College’s Get Involved and Awards programmes – work collaboratively with departments to increase engagement with membership.- Work with Membership team to deliver annual membership subscription campaign, including the creation of engaging content plan to reinforce the value and benefits of membershipReporting- Be responsible for marketing data insight, reporting and multi-channel reporting. Work with Digital Marketing Manager and Digital Implementation Lead to drive value of data in decision making- Manage survey and questionnaire campaigns with internal and external stakeholders. Work with Marketing Assistant to develop best practice and increase engagement in customer feedback and insightBrand - Share ownership and management of the College’s email distribution software.
