Job Description

C++ Developer - Financial Services - Solaris - Multithreading - Unix C++ Developer is required to join a leading Investment Bank via a consultancy to work on the migration of a post-trade, risk and reporting platform within their FX trading arena. Based in London, this is a contract role, inside IR35 paying between £400 and£500 per day (to the consultant).As part of a major platform migration you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth transition to the new platform. You will be responsible for coding in C++ (from C) and also working on the migration from Solaris to Unix.Requirements

  • Strong C++ development experience, ideally on multithreaded applications.
  • Good experience in Solaris and Unix.
  • Financial Services background (ideally FX, but wider products are ok).
