Job Description

We are looking for Butler professionals to join our clients beautiful private office.*Please note this is night shifts only - please only apply if you are available for these hours*Job title: Butler and Guest Host Location: Belgravia Start: Sunday, 21st JanuaryEnd: Friday, 26th JanuaryHours: 7pm-7amPay: £18 an hourAs a Butler/Guest Host, it is always your responsibility to provide excellent customer service. Your main duties will include, but not be subject to:

  • Take orders and deliver the requested refreshments at meetings and workshops
  • Take orders and deliver the requested refreshments to Senior Management
  • Provide office catering support to staff and visitors to the office
  • Ensure private offices maintain the minimum level of refreshments at all times asper office policy
  • Ensuring preparation and service areas are cleaned and well maintained at all times
  • Remain discrete and professional working around senior management and VIP stakeholders
  • Implement all required food safety procedures and legislation
  • Clear and empty private offices, meeting rooms and all desks of used refreshments
Required experience and skills
  • Previous experience in a similar position is required
  • Strong and articulate communication skills
  • Experience working with discretion and confidentiality
  • Availability to work nights and for the desired period
