Job Description

LandSecBusiness AnalystLondon Victoria 4 days per week office based£700-900 per day depending on experiecne and inside scopeWe require an experiecne Buisness Analayst with finance operations and implementation of D365Our Client LandsecSustainable places. And we provide our customers, partners and people with a platform to realisetheir full potential.The Keystone project is a technology implementation project with a important component to business change / stakeholder engagement, and the management of 3rd party vendors.The scope of the project covers key business processes around finance operations and property management, including:

  • Billing, Accounts Receivable, Credit Control
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Procurement, supplier management, Accounts payable
  • Financial accounting, month-end close
  • Tax & Treasury
  • Service Charge
  • Property records and lease management
The aim of the project is to implement systems that will support these processes, as well as integration between these systems and the wider architecture in Landsec, and the data migration of existing systems to the new ones.Purpose of job
  • To facilitate the successful implementation of software-based ERP business solutions D365 Finance, following Microsoft sure step or success by design methodology or similar methodology.
  • Define, Document the AS IS - To Be L1-L4 system process, staring with relevant Epics, Features and process.
  • Define, Document, configure and test system enhancements via change requests.
  • Consult on client business needs and fit them within the D365 Finance framework, including bespoke and related third party products where necessary.
  • Document the consultation as necessary for agreement with the client.
  • Creation of pilot / demo systems to match the customers expectations, workshop the delivery of the pilot and train the customer on the use of the system.
Knowledge, experience and qualificationsMS Dynamics 365 (F&O) experienceExperience working with Finance Processes / finance operationsScope of jobThe OneStream Phase 2 project is a technology implementation project with a important component to business change / stakeholder engagement, and the management of 3rd party vendors.The scope of the project is made of 4 components that must be implemented on top of our existing OneStream solution. The 4 components are:
  • Service Charge Budget model
  • Securitised reporting
  • LRP (long-range planning module) Performance improvements
  • Adjustments to ensure alignment with MS Dynamics 356
Decision Making authorityThis role reports to the Finance Transformation director. It has the authority to make decisions pertaining the delivery of the scope of the programme, prioritization of activities, day-to-day relationship with 3rd party vendors and delivery assurance partners,and elaboration of content for Sterring Committee sessions and other communication initiatives.Decisions that must be escalated to the Transformation Director for approval are related to: team composition, resourcing, budget changes, timeline changes, critical risk management, dependencies with other projects, conflicts with other parts of the organization,commercial discussions / disputes with 3rd party suppliers.Principle accountabilities
