Business Travel ConsultantThis is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and experienced Business Travel Consultant to join an independant, well established investors in people company within the travel management industry. They are looking for experienced consultants from corporatetravel, who share their passion and can deliver an exceptional level of customer service within this specialist arena.Business Travel Consultant - What will I be doingAs a Business Travel Consultant, you will provide a unique hands-on service to clients and key accounts by sourcing the best travel solutions to meet their requirements. The role also offers variety and requires excellent customer service skills as wellas general account management and an ability to work effectively within a team.Business Travel Consultant - What experience do I need

  • Experience within the corporate travel industry is essential
  • An excellent telephone manner and great customer service skills
  • Excellent eye for detail and accuracy
  • Experience of using Amadeus or Galileo is required
  • Strong at building relationships
  • Work autonomously and with limited supervision
  • An ability to work to demanding deadlines and at times, under pressure
  • Highly motivated and well-organised
