With a global presence, they are provide to support their clients through the valuable work they do.THE ROLEOur client is looking for a Business Travel Consultant to join their team.Business Travel Consultant key responsibilities:* Manage customer requirements from initial enquiry to completed travel.* Offer professional consultancy services to clients.* Maintain flexibility in different priorities and clients.* Conduct business with a Consultative Sales approach.* Monitor and address airline queue messages and existing bookings that are on hold.* Achieve and maintain SLAs and targets.* Attend weekly team updates, participate and share feedback as required.* Engage in team activities and offer support to fellow team members when required.* Assist clients who may be trying to reach a busy team members, ensuring their needs are address promptly.* Manage personal productivity, profitability, and quality assurance targets.* Adhere to monthly booking checks and accurately record ticket book entries.* Regularly update knowledge on airline contracts, routings and services.* Attend training to develop knowledge of airlines, fares, services, products and benefits.THE PERSONBusiness Travel Consultant skills, qualifications and experience:* Extensive GDS experience.* Passion and experience in business travel.* Previous experience communicating with clients via phone, email, web chats and social media.* Previous experience with ticketing changes and cancellations is desirable.* Excellent written and verbal communication.This opportunity is fully remote, full time and part time positions available. Paying up to £24k pa for full time (pro-rata part time, minimum 20 hours per week).
