Job Description

Role: Business Support Administrator Day rate: up to £102 PAYE Length of contract: 6 - 12 months contract (potential extension) Location: London (initially working from home due to covid) Our client is a leading global organisation based in London, Paddington who are looking to recruit an experienced Business Support Administrator/ Team Assistant to join the team and Manager. Key Responsibilities:Supporting a Business Operations Team and Manager Managing complex outlook calendars with meetings and schedulesLiaising with partner teams such as IT and Facilities for items such as equipment, services and supplies.Assist with equipment ordering and supply guidelines; ensuring lowest cost/best quality options are chosen. Acting as interim approver on team expense reports and ensuring coding accuracy.Coordinate catering, venue selection and logistics for internal events, off sites, morale events, team all hands, large scale meetings and celebration eventsCross collaborating, planning, and support including meetings and Initiative groups Assist creating a streamlined onboarding process for new hires, assist with space planning, office updates and changes and facilities requests.Maintaining distribution lists, security groups and organizational charts.End to End support for the Microsoft Procure to Pay Process for supplier payment including PO creation and Budget Tracking.Assist with other projectsExperience required for this role: Experience in a fast-paced administrative support or equivalent customer service driven roleStrong cross-team collaboration and organizational skills.Collaborate on planning and support of all-up events Proven excellence in administrative skills Ability to build effective cross-group working relationships and work collaboratively with people at all levels of the organization.Ability to react with appropriate urgency to situations and requests.Strong attention to detail with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Efficient and confident in professional manner.Used to working within different time zones and with different cultures Excellent written and verbal communication skills - initiative and proactiveness Proven track record of successfully prioritizing a shifting workload, and the ability to be flexible in changing situations.Exceptional IT knowledge and experience - Intermediate level in all MS Office suitesSubmit your CV now to be considered for this fantastic opportunity to work with a leading organisation.
