What will you be doing Completing impact assessments across the estate as a result of changing requirements/design Formally tracking and reporting all activity under the Business Readiness Permit to Operate (PTO) framework Providing support and guidance to the business on the impact of change, through effective communication Specialising in aligned business/operations/functional areas Ensuring that all tasks completed consider the risks and interdependencies across other activities, and are maintained within a strong Business Readiness framework Completing project related tasks such as the development of our SharePoint site to support project roll out Supporting oversight of major technical deployments into the global operational teams via Deployment Centre methodology and supporting CIB business areas and Technology Proactively seeking to improve governance by implementing more efficient ways of working across key strategic programmes What were looking for: A team player who is able to work effectively both within their own transformation team and with others in cross functional departments Excellent analytical, presentation and communication skills Self-motivated, capable of working independently, and to a high standard A positive attitude to change is essential, and a desire to solve problems and deliver solutions in a timely manner is required Skills that will help you in the role: Working knowledge of Wholesale Onboarding and Group Financial Crime Operations and related policy, regulations and standards is desirable Experience working in delivery change within a time bound regulatory driven operation Where will you be working Weve been in Scotland for 250 years, and our significance has never been as important as it is today.
