Job Description

We are searching for an experienced Business Project Manager to oversee the role out of the new CMS website platform for a leading global education business. This rapidly growing business currently runs international schools in 28 countries.Responsibilities for Business Project Manager:

  • Identify and manage all upstream and downstream activities wrapping around development to ensure successful deliveries
  • Collaborate across different business functions, IT, Marketing, regional agencies
  • Act as the project Manager for the Marketing & Communications team - working collaboratively with Digital, Brand CRM and Communication teams
  • Manage the design and build of new website platforms as individual projects and carry out development as required.
  • Develop project plans for MVP pilot groups and existing school’s migration plans.
  • Deliver on the ground implementation as required - anticipated
  • Overall accountability for project profitability and timeline
  • Proactively manages client communications and expectations to ensure client/customer satisfaction

  • Proven experience in working in a matrix environment to deliver a MVP and migration plan for over 20+ websites
  • Agile delivery and project management techniques
  • Experience in driving business & digital transformations particularly
