Job Description

We are looking for a Business / Project Analyst who is required to support initiatives across the organisation aimed at delivering operational improvement, client, and business benefits. You will be responsible for supporting client transformation andchange projects across the business and will be accomplished individual who can effectively document, analyse and communicate project and system requirements.Experience / Requirements

  • Strong experience of Business Analysis, including various techniques to elicit, document, and agree functional and non-functional requirements, and managing change control / traceability
  • Experience of working within a structured project management approach e.g. PMP, Prince 2 or equivalent.
  • Experience in creating and reviewing process flow diagrams with relevant
  • Advanced IT skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Visio) and comfortable working with complex sets of data.
  • Relevant change / project management qualifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, MSP, Prince 2, Agile) a plus.
  • Experience of working in KYC projects in multi-jurisdiction and regulatory financial organisations, preferably with exposure to the insurance industry/insurance broking - Desirable.
  • Relevant experience working for a global management consulting firm or within a related change environment - Desirable

  • Excellent time management skills, with an ability to coordinate multiple complex projects simultaneously.
