An exciting and market leading Lloyds syndicate are recruiting within their Delegated Authorities team for a Business Partner. This is a uniqueand froward thinking role for the business and as such there will be significant opportunity to shape the future course of the role and your own development.There will be two mainelements to your role; 1. Relationship management and delegated BAU; liaising with internal teams and senior managementfor completion of binder renewals to ensure timely conclusion and handling of any issues2. Coverholder account management; working with key coverholders at a strategic level, shaping the syndicates coverholder proposition and providing best in industry serviceYou will not need to have prior experience gained within delegated authorities to be consider for this position. Itishowever essential you have worked within the insurance market, whether that is within underwriting, broking or account management, and have fantastic communication skills as you will be working with and presenting to senior management on a regular basis.As this is a unique and developing role you mustbe highly self motivated, with a real desire to drive forward change and able to inspirejunior members of the team.
