  • Responsible for directing, coordinating, and planning for the daily operations of portions of the business in conjunction with the Global Business Manager. The primary responsibility is financial management for the IT Security department.
  • Provide coordination and divisional consistency in delivering Business Management and Group Head support, specifically: financial management, MI and reporting, marketing, presentation and formal communication support, admin support to group personnel, governance& policy.
  • Requires close liaison with the Global Business Management team and Global Finance.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage financials in partnership with Finance and the Global Business Manager for IT Security ($50m), including building budgets and forecasts, tracking monthly actuals, supporting monthly processes and controls (approvals, accruals, recharges, etc.), understandingimpacts of capitalization and coordinating allocations to the business
  • Create accurate forecasts and project spend reporting including explains for variances to budget
  • Review and create project allocation keys to facilitate accurate cost dispersments, ensuring appropriate review and sign off
  • Manage intercompany recharging globally within the department to ensure the respective region as the correct allocation
  • Monitor hiring pipeline in compliance with headcount targets and maintain organizational information including org charts and HR Systems as required
  • Work with the strategic sourcing team on all commercial contract negotiations and renewals
  • Coordinate agendas, content and papers for management meetings and other executive presentations
  • Support to Global Head of IT Security and Global Business Manager on development and communication of group objectives and strategy
  • Identify opportunities to standardize, optimize and automate processes and reporting, creating efficient and cost effective business management services
  • Ensuring close liaison with Global counterparts
Skills & Experience:
  • Execution - Detail-oriented and structred in approach to prioritization, analysis, planning and reporting; able to multi-task, manage multiple projects and work under pressure to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Motivation - Sets high standards for self and others with a strong desire to overachieve on agreed objectives
  • Service Framework - Leverages, supports and builds shared services to deliver globally consistent output and reporting using global source, enterprise data
  • Stakeholder Management - Team player with good communication skills, able to work effectively with team members of all levels across geographies and time zones
  • Financial Management - Experience with forecasting and budgeting; confident with concepts of Cash, P&L, Capitalisation and Accruals; ability to analyze and present financial reports related to cost of technology
  • Analysis and Process Improvement - Demonstrated problem solving skills and experience driving efficiency
  • Advanced Excel skills
