RoleThe Business Manager reports to the Head of International for Northern Trust Asset Management (NTAM). The Business Manager will be responsible for executing strategic initiatives, high priority projects and activities related legal entity administration. Thisrole will focus on leveraging the Head of International, global leadership peers and cross functional teams to advance business priorities and stakeholder relationships. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business intelligence, project management and day-to-day execution. Understanding the intricacies of various functional areas will be critical in order to facilitate effective cross-functional and cross-businessunit collaboration and enable efficient and informed decision-making. The role will support and serve as an advisor to the Head of International - liaising with key stakeholders, conducting research and analysis, and collaborating with senior business leaderson key initiatives.
