(Dependant on performance)Graduates on the recruitment consultant training programme will be trained into a target driven, ambitious and rewarding working environment that is fast paced, structured and highly regarded across the industry.Day to Day duties include –-Maximising the companies industry leading resource system as well as the internet, databases and telephone networks to source new business-In depth graduate training sessions both in one to one and in groups-Client events, conferences and meetings-Opening, managing and looking after existing and new client relationships-Screening candidate CV’s and souring suitable candidates-Working towards incentive back sales targetsAll graduates applying for the trainee graduate recruitment positions must have a 2.1 or above and be able to commute to central London. All Graduates must be eligible to work in the UK.
