Business Development Manager - MSPCity of London - EC1Managed IT & Telecoms£60,000 D.O.E + Double OTE!Overview:As a BDM, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organization. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and expanding our market presence in the managed IT servicesspace.About Us:We are a leading Managed IT Service Provider dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and unparalleled support to our clients. With a proven track record of excellence, we strive to empower businesses with cutting-edge technology solutions tailored totheir unique needs.Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets and industries.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth objectives and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and networking efforts.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both the client and the company.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, technological advancements, and best practices to remain competitive in the market.
Experience:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management within the IT services industry.
  • Strong understanding of Managed IT Services, Telecoms, Unfied Comms, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and other relevant technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
