Job Description

FIND are a recruitment business in the Human Capital markets - our clients provide solutions to train, reskill & upskill the workforce.Were currently representing a global learning consultancy who specialise in providing Executive education programs into the FTSE 250 & Fortune 500.They have 20 years experience, delivering bespoke Executive Education into organisations like John Lewis, Enterprise Rent a Car, ebay, AXA, Mercedes Benz & Microsoft.These guys arent your typical executive education provider - theres nothing off shelf about them. The customer received a bespoke, targeted learning experience with on-site coaches (globally!) to support with the experience.Location: London - 3 or 4 days a week in West LondonSectors: Exec Ed, L&D Sales, Consulting SalesThe role:This Senior Sales Consultant role will own the SME & Mid markets across the UK & Europe. Youll be targeting C-Level decision makers and L&D Leadership to showcase our value-rich executive education programs.Full training will be given on our products, but we need someone who has experience prospecting, nurturing and closing a deal in either the L&D, Exec Education or Consulting market.Main responsibilities

  • To win new customers and develop new business with existing clients
  • Understand our customers from a business point of view and develop a tailor-made offer based on this
  • Collaborate with our Hub and Delivery Teams (Operations, Marketing and Delivery) and lead the task force for developing and implementing account strategies
  • Support in the design and lead the sales campaigns
  • Building and managing the sales pipeline
  • Monitor sales numbers and marketing metrics
  • Find prospective customers and new target segments
  • Create monthly sales forecasts
  • Develop strategies to reach sales goals
  • Present monthly sales reports to CEO
  • Take a consultative approach to sales, providing each client with a solution that matches their specific requirements
  • Self-generate new leads from a combination of networking and referrals
Experience required:
  • Were flexible - as long as you have experience in the Executive Education, L&D or Consulting markets. Were willing to consider candidates form all sectors.
Benefits & Salary:
  • £45,000 - £50,000 salary
  • OTE - c£15,000 - £20,000 PA
  • 25 days leave + bank holidays
