Job Description

Do you have a demonstrable track record selling CX technology and SaaS solutions and winning new logo business and development of existingAre you looking to take the next step up in your career, selling larger more complex solutions that will open up a significant earning potentialOur client is a is unique technology company based in the London providing Unified Communications Services to global businesses in 35 different countriesThe client partners with leading vendors of unified comms and contact centre technology from Amazon, Cisco, Avaya and Microsoft to provide best in breed solutions to an impressive list of blue-chip customers. With a service-based culture that has earnt the client a TrustedAdvisor’ status across their customer base.This role is a home and field-based role with travel to client sites and London based office.Key Responsibilities. Duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • This is a role that will focus on driving new logo wins within the SMB and Enterprise space; focussed on qualifying, identifying business needs, pitching against competitors and winning market share.
  • Development of existing customer accounts to provide compelling new solutions and value add.
  • Identification of new business opportunities through prospecting, meetings and business development activity with end-users, reseller channels and partners.
  • Selling solutions from Avaya, Microsoft, Genesys and Amazon plus a network offering
  • Working closely with internal stakeholder e.g. marketing, to define, create and execute targeted marketing activity to drive awareness and lead generation.
  • Management of all aspects of the sales process to maximise revenue opportunities from target accounts and updating Salesforce.
  • Working closely with customers and prospects to understand their requirements and business drivers and fully qualify the sales opportunity.
  • Proposing appropriate solutions based on the companys products including the preparation and delivery of formal presentations, tender responses, quotations, etc.
  • Liaising with staff to ensure the validity of proposed solutions and their trouble-free delivery after an order is received.
  • Managing your sales opportunity pipeline diligently and to record opportunities, progress and accurate forecast information on the companys Salesforce system.
  • Knowledge & Skills
  • Well educated and eloquent with excellent literacy and numeracy.
  • Excellent customer facing, presentation, communication and inter-personal skills.
  • Resourceful and imaginative with the patience and planning ability to sell complex technology solutions.
  • Demonstrable experience of selling to mid-range and major corporates with a strong track record of success in direct new business sales and growing existing.
  • Experience with resellers and indirect selling is advantageous.
  • A good understanding of trends within the CX and SaaS technology market in the UK
  • Experience of contact centre, unified comms and network tech solutions
