Job Description

This boutique-style business has been going for over 6 years now and are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their growing team! They fall somewhere between a technology business and a property business offering high quality, premium short-term stays to consumers. You will be selling both B2B and B2C acquiring new properties or developments which then they will be able to offer as full serviced short term lets with concierge service and 5* hotel quality amenities. They have branched out during the pandemic and have new arms of the business which are growing considerably.The Role

  • Generating and qualifying new sales leads
  • Focus on developing new B2B relationships with developers, hotel groups and estate agents while keeping new B2C clients onboarding
  • Closing deals to acquire new developments/properties
  • Being very client-facing, not afraid to reach out to cold clients
  • Having a new business mentality, hunting new opportunities
  • The Candidate
  • At least 2-3 years relevant sales experience either within the property, luxury or proptech sector will allow you to hit the ground running and build strong commercial relationships
  • Excellent communication skills being able to work in a face to face capacity and over the phone
  • A self-motivator able to work independently and flexibly with an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hold a degree in a related subject 2:1 or above
