Business Development Manager | London (Hybrid) | £35,000 - £40,000 base - £60,000 OTEOur clients are searching for a business developement manager, hungry to join and expand their growing maritime business.Our clients are looking for a driven person looking to continue their career in sales to join our fast-growing team, and earn uncapped commission as they capitalise on their unique position in the market and continue to grow.An exciting opportunity with superb long term career prospects for an ambitious and entrepreneurial sales professional. Our client is a fast growing, international provider of maritime data, looking to expand thier business and client portfolio.Its a target-driven role with a focus on hitting and exceeding targets for sales activities, with the main responsibility being to actively pursue inbound leads, and maintain clear records of these activities in the CRM.The ideal candidate would have

  • Previous experience in sales, relationship management and business development.
  • Sponsorship sales or exhibition sales experience.
  • Prospecting skills.
  • Sales planning.
  • Selling to customer needs through a relationship management approach.
  • Territory management.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication.
  • Experience in maritime or SaaS would be a bonus, but not essential!
