Job Description

Business Development Manager About Us:Dot Dot Dot is a social enterprise focused on improving lives in a housing crisis by turning properties that would otherwise sit empty, into inexpensive housing. Because we’re all about making a social impact, the people we house - our guardians - make a commitmentto volunteer for good causes in their community each month. Since 2011, we have housed over 1,900 people across the country and supported them to give tens of thousands of hours of voluntary help to a diverse range of charitable causes.We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join our teamOur ideal candidate will be someone who loves to talk about our mission, our unique business model and enthusiastically represents our brand.About You:We are interested in hearing from candidates with:

  • A proven track record of successful and proactive lead generation
  • The ability to communicate in a clear and coherent way, building relationships and tailoring messaging to the audience
  • Experience of sales, strong account management skills, and an understanding of effective marketing techniques
  • Strong numeracy and financial skills used to inform business decisions
  • Outstanding customer service skills - both proactive and reactive, trustworthy and reliable
  • The ability to self-motivate and manage your own time, as well as the ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a small team
