Job Description

Salary per year £40K - £50K plus commissionEnterprise Account Manager required to develop new relationships and maintain / grow existing relationships with L&D & C level Execs in DACH HQ companies.Engage and develop relationships with C level exec’s within these businesses to discuss soft skills training, communication, negotiation and leadership training solutions. This international company has been established for over 25 years and approach themarket with a unique and individualised offering.The company have thrown away the standard training approach and focus on changing attitudes and behaviours within organisations that yield long term, measurable changes in leadership and employee performance.Due to growth they are currently looking for a dynamic and pro active Account Manager to take responsibility for and existing account portfolio (50%) and also the acquisition of new logo business (50%). Focusing on leadership development programmes the roleis a strategic developers dream. Opening doors with "C" level executives to develop consultancy led programmes that could be 3 - 5 year contracts in the order of thousands to millions of pounds.You already have a well-developed, concept selling background and are currently working within a professional services, training or Leadership Development consulting business. You are a fluent German speaker and are capable of managing internal and externalrelationships, meeting clients (in person and virtual) to present solutions to enable you to build credibility and trust that allows you to identify strategic, new revenue opportunities within your clients.The business environment is fresh and fast paced and will need a lively and clever strategist that is passionate about client satisfaction, retention & new business and revenue growth.On offer is a great opportunity to join a progressive employer that offers a great package and Hybrid (WFH / Office) working environment.Regular travel is required to clients in the DACH region around 5 days every 2 months.
