This exciting travel specialist who operate extreme challenges, trekking, running and cycling in some of the worlds harshest landscapes; all in the name of charity, are currently recruiting for a new Business Development Manager to help them to continueto expand their customer channels. 30K-35K plus commission of around 7K, uncapped.Business Development Manager, Responsibilities: - Identifying and winning potential new business opportunities by contacting prospective corporate and charity clients and identifying potential new markets.- Plan approaches and pitch documents and presentations aligning with the company brand- Ensure all sales leads, referrals and all pitches and tenders are followed up in a timely manner.- Build the sales pipeline and gathering potential new business opportunities by analysing market strategies- Attend industry functions- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and sales channels that will lead to an increase in business- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the companys USP and differentiators.Business Development Manager, Skills Required: - Strong previous experience in sales, ideally in adventure travel or event management.- Previous B2B sales experience would be a bonus- Proven track record in sales, business development and winning new business - desirable- Previous experience of increasing revenue through generation of leads- Possess a flair for business, have excellent relationship building skills and a warm personality, and be commercially aware.Additional Information:- Paying £30-35K + comm- Candidate will ideally be based in the London area and work a hybrid pattern in the office 3 days a week, but company are open to considering candidates who live further afield if experience is suitableTo apply for this Business Development Manager please either apply online, email your cv to or call Mark on Dont keep a good thing to yourselfWe grow our business through referrals, so please dont keep us to yourself.
