Alongside thisvery improtant growth work, there is also the opportunity to work in cross skilled teams, for example one week you could be involved in all things Commercial, 99% of the time, but the next week splitting your time between investor relations, an RFP for a newsupplier, and writing a blog post for our social media - so whatever the company needs to prioritise to meet its goals, whilst utilising your potential. As a Business Development Associate, you will be able to demonstrate these competencies: - Evidencing knowledge of Fnalitys commercial context e.g. experience of one of payments, settlements, regulatory landscape, blockchain, growing a network - Experience managing multiple consumers (business platforms, users, participants and vendors) and building meainingful relationships - Support in ideating commercial stategies and driving implementation of these strategies through practical execution of the sales and marketing plans - A thirst for knowledge of how products work and fit into the marketplace, to imagine new use cases and partnerships - Identification of potential consumers and decision makers, researching and building new relationships with consumers - Experience in pitching and presenting to senior stakeholders Why should you join FnalityWorking in cross functional teams in 2 weekly sprints very much in line with the Agile way of working, you will have the option to explore your career interests to a far deeper level than at most organisations.
