Job Description

If you are a Sales or Business Development person with experience in the health and social care sectors, and want to be part of a small, agile and growing organisation which is on a mission to ensure young people get timely mental health support then thisrole is for you. About us We provide digital therapeutics for better youth mental health and is revolutionising the way children access and engage with therapeutic support. Our products fuse evidence-based therapeutic approaches with immersive and responsible gaming makingthem highly engaging, scientifically robust and cost-effective. About the role As the company is starting to grow, we are looking to bring onboard a Sales / Business Development Lead who will help unlock sales opportunities and hit our ambitious yet achievable targets. Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering against key KPIs
  • Cultivating potential sales leads through market engagements and outreach
  • Turning sales leads (both inbound and from warm/cold outreach) into paying customers
  • Building effective relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Pitching to potential new clients (primarily via zoom and phone, but potentially also in person if required)
  • Further developing existing and new sales pipelines
  • Providing reports, insights and analysis to the leadership team
The Ideal Candidate
  • Experience in selling tech products B2B
  • Experience in selling to health and social care organisations
  • Confident communicator
  • Proactive self starter with a problem solving mindset
  • Passion for health, wellbeing and making an impact
  • Bonus points if you have experience of working in a startup

  • Salary: dependent on experience
  • Contract: full time, permanent (we can discuss flexible hours)
  • Location: remote with a couple of co-working days from our office in Central London
