They will need to have the ability to work closely with and build good relationships with HRIT and ER SMEs.SkillsBusiness Analysis - the ability to understand, elicit, evolve existing processesAnalytic thinker - developing critical insights from data or other informationData management – processing data securely and using it to inform decisionsCommunicating with impact - clearly documenting and explaining processes, procedures and automated solution designsProject Managementskills - Agile delivery experience, is desirable.
