At Natixis, you have a great opportunity to join anentrepreneurial, agile and growing organisation, and to be part of an inspiring team.Main responsibilities: Provide hands-on ownership in the day-to-day running flow of production; strive for excellence in the operational processes Promote a strong and reactiveperformance culture within the GMC & London Branch control chain Develop strong relationships with the GMC business line and London Branch stakeholders Communicate efficiently and adequately to transversal departments and downstream chain Support new businessline requirments and business initiatives; apply problem solving skills and agile contribution to the development of new solutions for daily production cotrols Participate and propose reinforcement of ad-hoc controls and reconciliations that should be in placeacross the GMC chain, with a strong focus in mitigating the operational risk factor Ensure a good level of knowledge of the complete lifecycle of trades. Communicate as well as coordinate with appropriate teams across the lifecycle stakeholders Analyze, challenge,report and escalate appropriately potential issues. Mitigate operational risks Daily Production: Ensure T+1 production controls suite are performed, analysed and commented Ensure Electronic platform reconciliations have been delivered and analysed, and exceptionsadressed Ensure Internal systems reconciliations have been delivered and analysed, and exceptions adressed Perform controls on daily regulatory & Market reportings requirements for GMC and the London Branch. These encompass the following controls, but notlimited to as the scope evolves for the London Branch in a post Brexit environment: Dodd -Frank controls Large Trader Report Controls and submission of forms Mifid controls - Position and Post Trade Transaparency LBMA Exchange Position limits Brexit - GeographicalCustomer location control Onboard any new control on a post Brexit FCA requirement Ensure statitc data enrichment in the FO system have been performed in line with procedures in place for counterparties, brokers, clearers, warehouses Enrich market, brokerand warehouse fees in the Front Office system with gap analysis of potential p&l impacts Define and perform periodic reviews and controls of the static data sets mentioned above Centralise set of KPIs in relation to the GMC activity and produce monthly reportsto managment and Business Management Produce set of KRIs to Operational Risk department Centralise all operational risks where GMO is impacted for follow up, report to Head Office GMO Business Management Leadership: Ensure cover is available and businessrequirements are met, with correct back up Ensure cross training with designated backup ensuring level of knowledge is adequate Cross functional: Provide expertise and support; liaise with relevant BA teams. Participate in UATs impacting covered areas whenrequired Understand derivatives products and control-oriented processesExcellent attention to detailStrong knowledge of trade processes and trade lifecycleCapacity to challenge and improve processes / systemsVarious asset classes & Commodities knowledge aplus
