Business Change Manager, Professional Services, IT Business ChangeBusiness Change Manager required to work for a Professional Services business based in Central London. However, due to Covid-19, this can also based partially based from home.Ideally we want a seasoned Business Change Manager who has exposure to the Professional Services sector. We need someone pragmatic, with solid stakeholder management experience within business change. We can look at people with an IT change background too,but this role is not within IT. However, there will always be an IT link.Reporting to the Senior Business Change Manager, you will ensure that our business is able to effectively introduce new processes and systems and sustain new ways of working. A strategic change management approach will be applied to all initiatives to ensuremaximum engagement and a successful adoption by the business. You will initiate and effectively manage the business change piece for one or more programmes or a number of projects ranging in sizes and covering different business streams
