Details of the role and how it fits into the teamGestione autonoma, affidabile e tempestiva di tutte le attività amministrative legate allacquisizione e gestione della clientela aziendale Mid Cap Essere linterfaccia tra i Bankers supportati e tutti gli uffici operativi e di controllo della Direzione Generale. Essere un punto affidabile di riferimento per i Clienti dei Bankers supportati per la gestione delle operatività ordinaria giornaliera. Your key responsibilities

  • Gestione autonoma, affidabile e tempestiva di tutte le attività tipiche legate alloperatività ordinaria e straordinaria di un rapporto di conto corrente (bonifici e altri pagamenti, controlli screening, risoluzione anomalie documentali)
  • Esecuzione delle attività di supporto alle attività di Controllo delle anagrafiche e transazioni (processi KYC)
  • Preparazione della documentazione contrattualistica per lattività commerciale del Business Banker,
  • Gestione della relazione del cliente con autonomia e autorevolezza verso il cliente per la gestione delle attività connesse alloperatività ordinaria.

  • Capacità di valutare limportanza e il rischio connesso alloperatività richiesta dal cliente e di evidenziare ai propri responsabili eventuali anomalie o dubbi in riferimento alloperatività di collaboratori e clienti
  • Ottima capacità di comunicazione scritta e parlata.
  • Predisposizione a lavorare in team
  • Buona capacità di parlare in lingua inglese
