Working with the branches, senior management and product owners to understand payments related business needs to ensure that business requirements captured are correct and complete. Translate the business requirements into project artefacts, such as; user stories, define acceptance criteria specifications, including use case documents Conduct Amigo sessions, attend daily stand ups, retrospective meetings etc. Ensure that the systems are compliant to regulatory requirements and internal policies and instructions Facilitate testing of new development and system maintenance fixes Develop Local Instructions, Blue Messages and training material for new deliveries by analysing "as is" business processes and model the "to be" business processes 2nd line support Knowledge and Experience: Knowledge of payments products and processes including regulatory requirements Experience of payments processes, types e.g CHAPS, BACS, SEPA, Faster Payments and messages e.g. MT103 Experience with system maintenance and development, particularly using agile methodology Designing payments process flows based on business needs and writing user stories QA and or UAT testing Writing Instructions and developing training material Key Skills: Good knowledge of word, excel and computer skills generally Good written and verbal communication skills A structured individual with disciplined self-management Strong analytical skills Willingness to work hard Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities Attention to detail and accuracy Team Player Highly desirable attributes: Is business-oriented and focuses on the customer.
