Senior Business Analyst (2 year Fixed Term Contract) - Charity Sector Employment Expected. Location: London HQ OR 100% remote: At the heart of our Clients strategy lies the need to unlock their data, move to more efficient ways of working and deliver excellent customer experience. This is an opportunity to help them achieve the goals of their Data Strategy by acting as a senior business analyst driving forwards a programme of moving to new tools which better suit their organisational needs. With a skilled and confident programme team around you, you will be responsible for working with business stakeholders to define business needs and support CRM projects from the scoping stage all the way through to launch. You will be liaising with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure the delivery of an excellent product which drives forward their ability to provide excellent customer experience.This an exciting and high-profile role with the opportunity to drive real changes to ways of working and help build better relationships with those who benefit from their services, and those who support them to achieve their goals.Key deliverables:User / Business RequirementsSystem RequirementsTest ScriptsExpected Background:*Experience of gathering business and system requirements and data analysis in the context of CRM deployment e.g. Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce, preferably in a charity / not-for-profit setting. *Solid understanding of customer relationship management systems, data transformation and marketing tools*Full software project lifecycle experience, preferably under Agile methodologies*Analysing complex business scenarios to distil and document the accompanying data flows*Proven experience of identifying opportunities for enhancing business performance and insight in the context of CRM deployment / large data projects*Significant experience working within complex programme and project environments, navigating multiple workstreams and competing deadlines, working with project teams to ensure delivery of tasks.Budget:Work from home initially, then based in London office post-lockdown £41,792 - £46,435 UK-wide work from home for duration £38,674 - £42,317 Required skills
