Youll be working in an environment where you are constantly challenged and every day is different from the last.To support this, you will be rotated through our main pathways of analysis, delivery and business partnering to give you insights into the different avenues that are open to you as you progress your career. Your main responsibilities will be to provide highquality work for our clients but also to be able to support us in growing the business further by adding value though an innovative and entrepreneurial approach.Were looking for candidates who will be good at:

  • Gathering and interpreting complex information from a range of sources.
  • Presenting your findings and ideas (both verbally and in writing) in a structured way that sets out complex issues very simply and explains your logic.
  • Being adaptable and responsive, thinking on your feet. Use a range of analysis techniques and tools (that you bring with you, or that you learn with us) to gain actionable insight into how to resolve problems and identify transformational business opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively to create innovative solutions that can challenge the way the clients see things.
  • Utilise your organisation and communication skills to manage your work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent relationship builder.
