Job Title: Business Analyst / Product Owner (Private Banking )Duration: 6 MonthsLocation: London (hybrid)Pay Rate: £540 PAYE Per Day / UmbrellaImpact on BusinessExperience of designing and delivering Microsoft Dynamics features from a business perspectiveKnowledge of Private Banking and Front Office operations e.g. understands the day of Relationship ManagerTurns product strategy into action and is accountable for ensuring that products are built to the ‘customers’ specifications and are commercially viableGood understanding across, technology, agile, design and businessSupport the Global Head of CRM GPB&W in determining and delivering the overall sales and leads management tooling strategy Customers / StakeholdersWorks in collaboration between global, regional, and country teams and builds strong relationships to ensure standardization and delivery of agreed definitions, processes and SLAs are achievedCollaborate with Customer, Products, Finance and Data Analytics to ensure delivery is aligned to relevant group and market strategiesIdentify/ address challenges/ barriers in this processObtains buy-in from and influences senior management and stakeholders for specific key initiatives, commitments, and changes.Leadership & TeamworkActs in a manner that transparently promotes the organisation’s values and delivers in an aligned manner.Cultivate an environment that supports diversity and reflects the HSBC brandWork in a facilitative manner to build capabilities and progress objectives but does not lose sight of the key outcomes.Operational Effectiveness & ControlSupport delivery across GPB&W, institutionalizing standard best practices to remove unnecessary complexity and increase stability.Support and manages operational risk by ensuring adherence to Group Legal, Risk, Compliance, Regulatory, and Information Security standards.Lead the identification and monitoring of BAU and process design specific problems, establishing and mandating changes in practice that lead to continuous improvement.Major ChallengesEnd-to-end design and implementation of framework connecting global teams, regional and markets in addition to engagement and alignment of other LOBsAccuracy and reliability of information and processes – crucial to have attention to detailMulti-functional and multi-market dependenciesGlobal versus local accountabilities and deliverablesRole DimensionsImpact to all Global Private Bank and Wealth management marketsKnowledge & Experience / QualificationsExperience in Product Ownership/ Business Analysis and general business change deliveryGood understanding of CRM principles and Sales and Leads management processes and solutionsMinimum 5 years in a comparable financial services organizationExperience of working across country/ regional and Global teamsSkills & AbilitiesHighly numerate and financially literateAble to see big picture and detail simultaneouslyHigh level of energy and enthusiasm.Excellent relationship building and senior stakeholder management skills.Strong leadership skillsAble to influence, engage and lead in a positive, inspiring manner.Highly effective communicators with excellent interpersonal skillsPlease note, in the event of a high volume of applications for this role, we will not be able to respond to each individual applicant.
