Job IntroductionAt Handelsbanken UK, we are about to embark on an exciting Business Transformation, a cornerstone of which will be our IT Modernisation journey. The transformation will evolve and enhance our technology systems, processes, ways of working, services and channels.Underpinning this will be our unique, decentralised business model, branch focus and customer centric business strategy that allows us to fulfil our customers banking needs with a tailored service and a product portfolio thats right for them. UKT (UKTB - Business Systems and IT Change) has identified the need for a highly proficient business analyst who will play an instrumental part in this journey, specifically within our payments area as we undertake a rationalisation and modernisation of ourpayments technologies. Our approach will consider available market solutions and their fit against our needs with progression to vendor engagement and procurement activities expected. To support that process we require strong business analysis expertise withpayments and vendor assessment and selection experience. The successful candidate must have proven experience in payments technologies, including payment schemes, channels and processing. In addition to having a strong suite of business analysis skills, candidates must have experience in assessment of third partyvendors including the ability to support assessments through formal submission of a Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP), working alongside project management and the business. Successful candidates will also be knowledgeable of latest digital technologies and service offerings, latest software implementation practices and security needs. They will be able to perform suitable feasibility assessments and will be expert in requirementsdefinition and management for any required bespoke in-house development and for managing transitional requirements for data conversion, migration activity and all forms of business readiness. They will be skilled at process re-design, internal stakeholdermanagement, at all levels, and third party engagement.
