These innovative solutions provide opportunitiesfor exceptionally highly talented individuals to contribute to the success of this transition where you will be working with some of the best people in the industry working on new and ground-breaking initiatives utilising the very latest technology.The Energy Business is looking for a talented IT Business Analyst to join the IT delivery team in the LNG trading division. This is an exciting role where the candidate will collaborate closely with IT teams, business. The Business Analyst is primarily responsiblefor identifying and documenting business requirements and working with technical teams to determine feasible solution options. The ideal candidate is able to work as part of a global team with a strong track record working with part of an energy utility or gas trading business. Key Skills and Experience: Focus on LNG, Shipping and freight Management Resource should compare 2-3 solutions and provide best solutions on it; Interacted with SAAS vendor and working in LNG Trading Space Knowledge of LNG trading in general and Shipping, operations (cargo and voyage data), settlement/invoicing (finance). Knowledge of Business Analysis techniques and tools with significant experience in project deliverables including the ability to: Precisely capture business problems, value drivers, and functional/non-functional requirements Translate business requirements into functionality and assess the risks, feasibility, opportunities, and business impacts of various solution options Desirable: Experience working in Agile project Delivery Experience working in project mode and delivering/driving from requirement to live phases of application lifecycle. Experience working in geographically distributed teams Good to have experience/knowledge in systems like IMOS, ENDUR, GMAS (Shipping assurance system), RADAR (T&S system) etc. Good to have CCBA or PMI-PBA certification. This needs combining with a positive attitude and an ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multi-cultural environment. You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellentcommunication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
