Job : Legal Tech Business AnalystDaily rate : £600 - £700 (INSIDE)Location : Central LondonHybrid WorkingThe Legal Tech team are are running a number of software development projects where a BA is required to join an Agile project team and support the PM in breaking down requirements into Epics and Stories. They will also be required to do more traditionalrequirements gathering when we are assessing new technologies that come through Fuse so they will be facilitating workshops with lawyers and documenting the output.Key skills and experience Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) and facilitation skills, confident in delivering at all levels. Experience of dealing with senior business users in determining requirements and priorities, as well as resolving issues and quantifying benefits. Ability to understand and communicate Big Picture ideas in the context of specific project requirements. Good analytical skills and solid understanding of systems and business requirements processes and experience using different requirements elicitation and capture techniques, e.g. workshops, interviews, questionnaires, use cases, user stories etc. Strong systems and data analysis skills and good understanding of business analysis techniques and models e.g. (Data modelling, Context diagrams, Use cases) Understanding of the BA role within a SCRUM team and knowledge of Agile techniques such as; persona development; value maps; BDD and breaking down requirements in the form of Epics / Features / Stories / Tasks Experience of diagram / process modelling tools, e.g. MS Visio and Blueworks Ability to facilitate Agile practices such as iteration / release planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, sprint review and daily stand ups Can provide requirements/user stories to multi-disciplinary teams and define business driven acceptance criteria Collaborate with the product owner to create the product backlog using agile practicesIf this is of interest please apply below or send me your CV to Thank you,Aaron
