Business Analyst - InsuranceBrief Summary

  • Permanent Business Analyst position aligned to a top tier consulting organisations Insurance applications practice
  • Key skills: platform transformation/migration, application design, implementation, Business Analysis, deep insurance sector knowledge in core processes such as claims, underwriting, risk management, London market or reinsurance
  • You will ideally have strong delivery experience with major core insurance platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek or Xuber
  • This role is ideal for someone with 2-6 years of consulting experience in the insurance sector who is looking to join an elite consulting organisation as they build out their Insurance practice.

We collaborate with our clients to understand their unique needs, deliver innovative change at strategic levels and continue to consult with them through their journey to the target state.The roleOur insurance Business Analysis team translating business requirements into functional design for enabling technology solutions.You will be working closely with key internal and client stakeholders and effectively demonstrate core project and people management skillsYou will build and strengthen relationships externally as well as internally, work to build our InsurTech offering and represent us in the marketplace.Requirements
  • Deep Business Analysis experience, either in a consulting or industry based role
  • Significant knowledge of business processes and challenges in the insurance sector
  • Experience or understanding of insurance process and technology change in areas such as:
  • Core General Insurance processes, reporting and governance across Underwriting, Policy
  • administration, Billing, Claims, Finance or Risk Management
  • London Market specific processes, reporting and governance
  • Reinsurance Underwriting, Accounting and Claims
  • Youve shown progression in at least one organisation
  • You will have prior experience with a core insurance platform such as Guidewire, Duck Creek or Xuber in a functional capacity
