Business Analyst- IBOR

The role:

Support the IBOR Transition project team in delivering its objectives and the implementation of the migration strategy
Conduct UAT Testing of FO-BO systems, provide requirements from a trade booking perspectives and identify and raise bugs in the workflow to the relevant IT teams
Recognise challenges and risk to individual FO-BO systems applications and reporting that requires wider programme support, escalating effectively to your manager and the project team
Partner with IT, control functions and the project team to identify issues with the migration stream and propose solutions
Providing an honest, transparent assessment of the project status and RAID from a trade support perspective to your manager and the project team
Promote the team work ethic, dynamic and attitude through effective collaboration

Key Skills and Experience:

Positive and dynamic attitude to complying with deadlines and objectives.
An understanding of the IBOR transition change and products that are impacted (Swaps, Options, Listed Derivatives, Securities etc)
Effective time management and ability to prioritise workload and escalate issues to management.
Have strong interpersonal /communication skills.
