Job Description

Business Analyst - Cloud/Azure/VDI - London Gibbs Hybrid are seeking an experienced, competent, and confident Technical Business Analyst to join our team, with a strong focus on Cloud and Azure Virtual Desktop solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of business and technicalrequirements, be able to bridge the gap between stakeholders and development teams and possess the ability to drive projects to completion. Your experience and knowledge of Cloud and Azure Virtual Desktop technologies will be essential in ensuring the successfuldelivery of projects and meeting our companys objectives.Essential:

  • Extensive experience as a Technical Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Cloud and Azure Virtual Desktop technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of Cloud computing concepts, including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS).
  • Familiarity with Azure Virtual Desktop, including deployment, management, and optimisation best practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesise complex information and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or Asana.
  • Preferable: Relevant certifications, such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Azure
