Job Description

We are currently working with our client, Royal London for a Business Analyst on a 6 Month Contact based in London (Hybrid) Royal London is a financial services company with a difference. Whatever team youre interested in joining and whatever role you play, well help you to make a difference.Purpose of the Role:The role is for an experienced Business Analyst to be part of a multiyear Client Experience programme. This will include a multitude of tactical and strategic projects.The aim of the Client Experience project is to understand how far away we are from delivering a consistent good quality client experience and flag where we need to focus our priorities. The Business Analyst will need to be able to assess and define the CXstrategy, solution design and business process model. Specifically:

  • Analysis of client journeys, touchpoints, processes and associated collateral
  • Process remediation opportunities identified and executed where realistic
  • Definition of our target Client Experience strategy and change priorities
Essential;
  • Knowledge and experience in Asset Management Distribution
  • Ability to work across business strategy, process change and technology transformation projects
  • Strong knowledge of business analysis principles and practices, especially business process modelling
  • Ability to define a CX strategy based on inputs from stakeholders along with fundamental process analysis
  • Ability to define Client Reporting requirements and support implementation onto a new platform
  • Ability to solution design; including scope, shape and determine the most applicable approach to the solution and implementation
